Timeline

Today is my 7-week surgiversary.

A timeline:

• My first endoscopy was 17 weeks ago -- 10 weeks before the surgery.
• I completed the 3 month pre-op requirement 15 weeks ago -- 8 weeks before the surgery.
• My last week at TNC was also 15 weeks ago -- also 8 weeks before the surgery.
• I was on Hilton Head 14 weeks ago -- 7 weeks before the surgery.
• I returned to AIR 13 weeks ago -- 6 weeks before the surgery.
• My second endoscopy was 10 weeks ago -- 3 weeks before the surgery.
• My pre-op diet began 8 weeks ago -- 1 week before the surgery.

I have lost 50 pounds in the 8 weeks since the pre-op diet began.
